The Stuff that Legacies Are Made Of

Last week I had the privilege of presiding at a memorial service for Julie Stier. Before moving with her husband Ken to Colorado a year ago, Julie was an active church member here dedicating much of her time here to our youth and children’s ministries program. One of the things I enjoy most about presiding at a funeral and remember this is a celebration of a person’s life, so I enjoy being able to talk about a person’s legacy.
